About Coming Home SACRED CIRCLES
How it Began...
Coming Home Sacred Circles began as a little seed, with two friends in the park, looking for likeminded sisters to build in community. Eventually, we moved the circles to my house, then the Fusion Therapy salt room, yoga studios, rooftop pools, backyards, and other remarkable spaces around our town.
As I awakened from what felt like a lifetime of sleep, with a purpose driven by something greater than myself, I continued to gather women in sacred space. At the time, I often found myself reading books feeling as if the words were appearing on the pages just for me. The unfoldings within the pages were in precise alignment with my thoughts and what I was experiencing with women, in circle, and in community.
Coming Home has become a place for women to be unbound from the shackles of their past experiences both in this lifetime and beyond. A place we can each find within ourselves when we choose to explore our own inner world with sacredness and safety. A place where all parts of us are welcome.
I believe, we keep coming back home, returning again and again to a place within ourselves that has yet to be discovered. Perhaps that discovery is a childhood memory, a message from an ancient past, or just the moment, as it is, right here and now.
I invite you to come home. To rest. To live your most authentic life.

Ancient Sounds in Modern Times
Sound has been used as a means to step away from the hustle and bustle of life, and into the quiet space within for eons.
Many ancient structures were built based on the resonance (measured in hertz) of a given space. People would enter these spaces to experience a shift in awareness, receive guidance, or just to quiet the mind. We are circling back to an ancient and profound medicine!
These vibrational waves are produced by various sources including drums, singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and more.
Scientifically, sound assists our nervous system into a Delta brainwave state, a more meditative and reflective wavelength than the Alpha we are typically operating in.

What is a Sacred Circle?
Pow wows and intentional gatherings are part of our ancient lineage and have been in cultures for eons. In modern times, these traditions are lost upon us and many are seeking authentic connection to self and community. We are choosing to reconnect with our roots, hold safe space for one another, and honor the wisdom within. Our sacred circles involve tea, plant medicines, in addition to celebrations of life, seasons, and cycles. With every offering we bring vibrations of the greatest and highest good, allowing you space to come as you are, and be as you are trusting all of you is welcome here.
What are we offering?
Coming home is something we do again and again and again. Evolving through life, coming back to ourselves, and what that means in any given moment. Sometimes, throughout our journey, we need a little help. We need help creating the space for our soul to rest into our body. For a safe place for us to call all of our parts back home. My mission is to provide an experience for you to step into the most authentic version of yourself. To trust the calling of your soul. To remember your mission and purpose. The space I provide becomes a space for you to come as you are, and be as you are. Through this experience, we can allow the nervous system to reset and align for the greatest and highest good. This is an offering of safe and sacred space for humans to rise up, step into their power, and welcome Wholeness as an embodied way of life.
